We are fully insured with liability insurance including owned and leased vehicles, and workers compensation. For new clients we require a deposit beforethe shoot and balance of payment the day of the shoot.

Weaccept all major credit cards usually but not always with a small surcharge.

Depending on the area, we will work outside the Triangle as locals so you will not be charged for travel time. Inquire.

Full days are 10 hours including the lunch break. Half days are 5 hours port to port from our Cary, NC office. We will let you know what overtime charges would be in advance of the shoot.

For shoots outside the Triangle we charge a mileage fee of $0.50/mile. Cancellation charges will apply for jobs cancelled with less than 48 hours notice or when we have turned down other verified jobs and your project cancels.

We do give discounts for large projects or multi day productions. Some jobs require location scouts which are usually around $200-$250 dollars minimum. When we submit budgets, any changes to the scope or details of the project can affect that budget up or down.
